Wood species, product composition, treatments and manufacturing techniques can and do vary by product and may change over time and without notice. As a result, final products may vary in color, finish, size, fabric or other features. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of information including, but not limited to, prices, descriptions, availability and dimensions. However, we cannot be responsible for typographical errors. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions. TERMS OF SALE Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at Home Display Cases. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions, such as those in Home Display Cases' product warranties. Your placement of an order either through this site or by telephone at the number listed above constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order. Taxes We are required to collect sales tax for shipments within the state of Alabama. In states where we have no physical presence, we are not required to collect and remit sales tax for site purchases. However, many states require that their residents file a sales or use tax return for items purchased on web sites. You should consult your state and local tax laws to determine compliance with tax laws and regulations in your area. The customer is responsible for all taxes. Shipping It is most important that you inspect the package upon delivery. It is your responsibility to check that all items are correct and all pieces accounted for before you sign. If the product is damaged in shipping, you may choose to refuse the delivery. If this happens please contact customer service to let us know of your delivery refusal. If only part of an item is damaged, you may elect to accept the order, note the damages, and contact us. We may be able to replace damaged pieces. If you notice the damage after you have accepted delivery you must contact us immediately, as most carriers require claims to be filed within 48 hours. Returns If you wish to return the product you purchased for any reason you can return it within 30 days of your order for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling charges, unless we determine that the product received was our error. Our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return a product our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. All returns must be received by us within 30 days of the order and in re-salable condition and in the original packing, unless instructed otherwise. Please be certain to properly re-pack the item and we strongly suggest you insure it when shipping. In the event the package is damaged in return shipping we will notify you as soon as any damage is discovered. Any claims for damage to returned items are between you and the shipper, not Home Display Cases. We will assist as required but assume no responsibility of any type in the outcome of the claim between you and the shipper. The product will be inspected within 3 days of our receipt and refunds are processed within 10 days of receipt. In the event any dispute arises the matter shall adhere to the terms noted under Legal below. Prior to any purchase you must check to ensure the intended contents for display will fit inside the case. Each product page contains specifications that state the interior and/or viewable dimensions. It is your responsibility to ensure your items will fit properly. If you have any questions about dimensions please contact us. Limited Warranty Home Display Cases' warranty obligations for its products are limited to the terms set forth under WARRANTY INFORMATION. Legal Home Display Cases may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. For this reason, you should review these Terms and Conditions each time you purchase products from us. Any action relating to the use of homedisplaycases.com must be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Alabama, Baldwin County. In the event any claim arises against you as a customer, Home Display Cases shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys fees and other directly related fees for time and incidentals.
